Return and Refund Policy
At The House of eMaGi, we do not offer refunds on purchases. Instead, we provide a flexible exchange policy to ensure you can find something you love. This exchange-only approach allows us to offer you extra value and a great experience even if an item doesn’t work out.
125% Exchange Credit:
- If you request an exchange, we’ll issue you an exchange credit worth 125% of your original purchase price. That’s an additional 25% in value as a thank-you for choosing an exchange with us! (For example, a $100 purchase would receive a $125 store credit toward your next order.)
- This exchange credit can be used to select a replacement item or any other product from our store.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs when sending an item back for an exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your item, as The House of eMaGi is not liable for any returns lost in transit. Please note that any original shipping fees from your order are non-refundable since we do not process refunds.
Exchange Process & Conditions
- Exchanges are processed once we receive the returned product in its original condition. This means the item should be in the same state you received it – unused, unworn, unwashed, and/or with all original tags/packaging intact.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected to confirm it’s in original condition, we will promptly issue your exchange credit (usually as a digital store credit or code).
- You can then use your 125% credit immediately to shop for a new item. We strive to process exchanges quickly so you can enjoy your new selection as soon as possible.
